- We search out only passive candidates, who are not actively looking for change, and do not respond to job ads. At Fisher Bullock these candidates are targeted by our Recruiters to determine FIT, COMPATABILITY AND TALENT, with our Client requirements.
- We provide our candidates with honest and crucial information to help them make the best employment decisions, that will continue their learning curve for years to come.
- Fisher Bullock conducts our searches using our effective method of finding the candidates you require. Each search consists of initial contact with 25 NEW candidates, then, with further networking to all other available candidates, from the same category.
THE DIFFERENCE
- We offer a “partnered” approach to our client relationships. This means there will always be a secondary Recruiter/Partner, who will be available to answer any questions, or set up interviews. Whatever you need!
- We offer true Executive “Head Hunting” Recruitment services. We do not use ads or LinkedIn to find our candidates.
- We offer our candidates extra assistance that other agencies do not, i.e., full resignation preparedness and negotiation strategy.
- Our job does not end there! We offer a follow up service, with both the client and candidate, for a period of 1 year, to extend our additional support.

Renee Fisher began her 30-year career in executive recruitment with a company called Career Path Personnel. Her early professional experience exposed her to extensive, hands-on training, under the tutelage of one of the most successful Recruiters in the GTA. Renee was immersed in the consumer-packaged goods and health care industries, igniting a passion for empowering young professionals.
As she continued to advance in her career, she was highly successful in running a 360-degree desk. Over the years, Renee has formulated longstanding and trusting relationships with both candidates and clients alike. To this day, Renee still mentors and educates many of her early executive candidates and has seen them progress their careers to become industry leaders.
Renee has worked with clients and candidates in several categories including food, beverage, human resources, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, medical/surgical, and advertising. Jeff spent the majority of his career as the Director of Operations, reporting directly to the President, at Hankook Tire. He was responsible for all corporate operations, marketing, and Canadian sales. Jeff was recognized for estab

Jeff spent the majority of his career as the Director of Operations, reporting directly to the President, at Hankook Tire. He was responsible for all corporate operations, marketing, and Canadian sales. Jeff was recognized for establishing 2 National warehouses, and was able to secure business with Canadian Tire, Walmart and all major car manufacturers, in Canada. Business grew from an approximate annual sale of 40M to 100M and is still ranked the 7th largest tire company globally.
After successful work histories at companies like Nexen Tire and Linglong Tire, Jeff decided to retire.
He didn’t move quickly enough into that retirement, and found himself Partnering with Renee Fisher, to start Fisher Bullock Executive Search Inc.
Jeff brings countless skills to Fisher Bullock. He was incredibly successful throughout his career because he is strategic, numbers and finance savvy, technically well versed, and highly influential. Where we do have very seasoned Recruiters here at Fisher Bullock, we knew we needed someone who could take charge of the “business behind the business”
Jeff is quickly becoming a competent and tactical researcher. He has been able to quicky immerse himself into the search process and already has candidates excited to work with him.
